This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Dvelop AI platform at dvelopai.com. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Dvelop AI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Dvelop AI for any of the following purposes:
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitating or promoting illegal transactions, fraud, or money laundering
- Generating content that constitutes or promotes illegal activity
- Violating export control laws or sanctions regulations
- Creating content that exploits or harms minors in any way
1.2 Harassment and Harmful Content
- Generating threatening, abusive, harassing, or intimidating content directed at individuals or groups
- Creating content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Producing defamatory or libelous content about real individuals or organizations
- Creating deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive or harm
- Generating non-consensual intimate or sexual content
1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Using the platform to generate or distribute spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or chain messages
- Using connected accounts (email, social media) to send automated spam or unsolicited promotional content
- Creating misleading or deceptive content designed to manipulate or deceive recipients
- Automating social media interactions (likes, follows, comments) in a manner that violates the platform's terms
1.4 Malware and Security Threats
- Using AI to generate malicious code, malware, viruses, ransomware, or exploit code
- Attempting to compromise the security of the Dvelop AI platform or any connected systems
- Generating phishing content, social engineering scripts, or credential-harvesting materials
- Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service attacks against any system
1.5 Scraping and Unauthorized Data Collection
- Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to extract data from Dvelop AI without written authorization
- Harvesting user data, API responses, or platform content for training competing AI models
- Systematically downloading or extracting content beyond what is necessary for normal use
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform's software or algorithms
2. API Usage and Rate Limits
Dvelop AI enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage and platform stability for all users.

2.2 Prohibited API Behaviors
- No automated bulk operations — automated scripts or bots that make bulk requests to the platform are not permitted without prior written approval from Dvelop AI
- No rate limit circumvention — creating multiple accounts, rotating API keys, or using other techniques to bypass rate limits is strictly prohibited
- No resource abuse — sending excessively large payloads, maintaining unnecessary long-running connections, or deliberately consuming server resources
- No unauthorized API access — accessing undocumented endpoints, internal APIs, or admin functionality not intended for your account

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Responsibilities
When using your own API keys on the Dvelop AI platform, you accept additional responsibilities:
3.1 Provider Compliance
- You must comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, OpenRouter, etc.)
- You are responsible for understanding and abiding by each provider's content restrictions and usage guidelines
- If your API key is suspended or revoked by the provider due to policy violations, Dvelop AI bears no responsibility
3.2 Key Management
- You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your API keys
- Do not share API keys that are stored on Dvelop AI with third parties
- If you suspect your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately with the provider and update it on Dvelop AI
- You are responsible for all costs and activities associated with your API keys, whether authorized by you or not
3.3 Content Responsibility
- Content generated through your BYOK keys is subject to both this Acceptable Use Policy and your provider's policies
- Dvelop AI is not responsible for filtering, moderating, or restricting content generated through your own API keys beyond the platform-level restrictions in this policy
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Dvelop AI account:
4.1 Credential Security
- Strong passwords — use a unique, complex password for your Dvelop AI account (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters recommended)
- No credential sharing — do not share your login credentials with other individuals. Each person should have their own account.
- Secure devices — log out of Dvelop AI when using shared or public devices
- Prompt reporting — report any unauthorized access to your account immediately to support@dvelopai.com
4.2 API Key Security
- Treat your API keys as sensitive credentials equivalent to passwords
- Do not expose API keys in public repositories, client-side code, or unsecured locations
- Rotate API keys periodically and revoke any keys you are no longer using
- Set spending limits and usage alerts with your AI provider to prevent unexpected charges
5. Connected Account Compliance
When you connect third-party accounts (social media, email, and other services) to Dvelop AI, you must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines:

5.2 General Connected Account Rules
- Only connect accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage
- Do not use connected accounts to impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Respect each platform's rate limits and automation policies
- If a connected platform revokes access due to policy violations, Dvelop AI is not responsible for restoring that connection
6. Content Standards
All content created, shared, or distributed through Dvelop AI must comply with the following standards:
- Content must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademarks, patents)
- Content must not contain personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without their consent
- Content must not be intentionally misleading or designed to spread disinformation
- Content must not impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities
- AI-generated content should be clearly identified as AI-generated when shared publicly, in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies
7. Enforcement
Warning: Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in enforcement actions, up to and including permanent account termination.
7.1 Enforcement Actions
Dvelop AI reserves the right to take the following actions in response to policy violations, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

7.2 Appeal Process
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting abuse@dvelopai.com within 14 days of the enforcement action. Include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was unwarranted. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reporters' identities are kept confidential.
9. Changes to This Policy
Dvelop AI reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
